Founding Story
Every hive in production today traces back to a design from 1852. We thought that was worth questioning.
How it started

The realization was a simple one: the Langstroth hive, for all its genuine ingenuity, was designed in 1852 around what a factory could produce efficiently, not around what a beekeeper's back could sustain for twenty seasons, or what a colony needed to stay undisturbed.
